At Living Unapologetically 365, we help individuals break free from people-pleasing patterns and rediscover their authentic selves. If you feel overwhelmed by the need to be everything to everyone, struggle to say “no,” or constantly prioritize others at the cost of your own well-being—you’re not alone.
We’re here to support you in building the confidence, boundaries, and emotional resilience needed to live a life that reflects your values, not everyone else’s expectations.
Tiffany Morish, MS, CRC, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor | EMDR-Trained | ESA & KAP Specialist
My practice centers on compassion, cultural competence, and connection. As a Black therapist, I understand the lived experiences of Black and Brown individuals, especially at the intersection of race and gender. Racism, microaggressions, and systemic injustice aren’t theoretical topics—they’re daily realities that must be honored in therapy.
Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strength-based practices, and trauma-informed care, I help clients reshape unhelpful thoughts, build on existing strengths, and create lasting, meaningful change. Our work together will be grounded in respect, patience, and a deep belief in your capacity to grow.
